With over 30 years of executive leadership, I’ve built a reputation as a values-driven leader
focused on innovation, growth, and strong workplace culture. I’ve led construction and
operational teams in the energy and utility sectors, including as CEO of EQUS REA Ltd. and
Rural Connect Ltd.
My experience spans public, private, municipal, and cooperative organizations, always guided by values-based leadership. I hold a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Royal Roads University and am a Certified Executive Coach with additional credentials in project management, business administration, and construction management.
Today, I support leaders through coaching rooted in meaningful dialogue and self-discovery. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, golf, volunteering, and time with my wife, daughters, and granddaughter.

I started CASA Coaching and Consulting in early 2023 with a simple but powerful purpose: to partner with leaders as they navigate the challenges, growth, and victories of their journey. Leadership has shaped who I am, and through Executive Coaching and Strategic Consulting, this is my way of giving back to the community that’s inspired and supported me every step of the way.
